Customers must be 18 years of age to order products from xssights.com. It is the customer's responsibility to know their local laws and regulations regarding the purchase and use of these products.
Domestic (US) Shipping
No drop shipments, no exports, no foreign sales, no shipments to freight forwarders, no Non-US issued credit cards. Given the classification of XS Sights, APOs, FPOs, and US Possessions are all considered exports.
XS Sight Systems, Inc. Ships all packages using FedEx based on the shipping method that the customer specifies. Customers have the ability to select the shipping method for their order, based on the order weight and shipment destination.
Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once their package has shipped. This email will contain the shipment tracking/delivery confirmation number (if available).
Customers may customize their FedEx delivery via the FedEx Delivery Manager.
XS Sight Systems, Inc. does not process export shipping/licensing and therefore cannot ship product outside of the United States. XS Sights can be purchased or special ordered internationally through multiple channels as listed below. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. International warranties will be subject to Exporter's fees.

This website displays current and accurate inventory status. Products listed as in stock are available to ship immediately. Customers are able to place orders for backordered products. When checking out the customer will be prompted to select their shipping preference for orders with backordered items:
- Ship Complete - Ship only the complete order. With this option the order may be held while it awaits backordered parts
- Ship Available - Ship all available parts, then ship the remaining parts when they become available. With this option the user may receive 2+ shipments for their order.
Most backordered items will display an estimated delivery date. This is the date we expect to be re-stocked with the backordered product.
Any product that has been installed cannot be returned. Please call and speak with a customer service representative at (888)-744-4880 during the normal business hours of Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Central Time with any other return or exchange requests. Shipping costs are always non-refundable.
XS Sight Systems Inc. products (excluding tritium) are warranted to be
free from defects in material and workmanship during normal use. There
are no implied warranties. Upon return (prepaid) to XS, XS will - at it's
option - repair or replace any defective products. XS shall not be liable
for any loss-direct, indirect, or consequential-arising from your use or
inability to use, any of its products. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
XS warrants full replacement against breakage of its tritium lamps for 10
years and between 10 and 15 years, XS offers replacement for 50% of the current tritium sight cost. This warranty does not cover damages
deemed from abnormal, abusive, or improper use, including any fault
resulting from an accident or improper service. Remember that tritium
decays, but can be expected to have a useful "service" life of at least 10
years. Tritium is regulated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and
sights containing tritium may not be disassembled by anyone other than NRC
licensees. For any non warranty claim other than defects or tritium lamp
breakage, please return product to the place of purchase, along with your
receipt. When returning products to XS remember to insure the package and
include a copy of your receipt.
