Returns
XS will accept returns on uninstalled and new products (no Bargain Bin items) purchased directly from XS within 60 days. Returns after 60 days are eligible for store credit only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. XS will pay for return shipping only if an item is defective or the wrong item was sent; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the customer decides they no longer want the item. Purchases of XS products from any source outside our webstore cannot be returned to XS for refund, contact the company that you purchased the item from to request a refund. Please submit a Return Merchandise Authorization form with any return or exchange requests.
XS Sights Limited Lifetime Warranty
Tritium Products
XS Sights warrants all handgun sights containing tritium to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Tritium illumination is warranted to glow for twelve (12) years. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for an RMA. If this product is found to be defective, the manufacturer's only obligation is to replace the product at the manufacturer's discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, modifications, neglect, or mishandling. XS Sights will not be responsible for product removal or installation labor costs.
Tritium illumination will dim throughout the product's life and is not subject to warranty claims. This warranty shall not apply to the finish on any portion of the product or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear. Sights improperly installed are not subject to warranty.
Non-Tritium Products
XS Sights warrants all non-tritium products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for an RMA. If this product is found to be defective, the manufacturer's only obligation is to replace the product at the manufacturer's discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, modifications, neglect, or mishandling. This warranty shall not apply to the finish on any portion of the product or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear. Sights improperly installed are not subject to warranty.
Sight Pusher Products
XS Sights function tests each unit and warrants each tool to be free from defects upon receipt. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If this product is found to be defective, the manufacturer’s only obligation is to replace the product at the manufacturer’s discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, modifications, neglect, or mishandling. This warranty shall not apply to the finish on any portion of the products such as surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear. XS warrants that the sight installation tool can install XS Sights handgun sights when installing sights in approved pistol slides. XS does not warrant damage to slides or sights. The bolt and brass bit are wear parts and are not subject to the limited warranty.
XS Sights only warrants products sold through authorized resellers.
